I need to Disarm My Inner Critic

Curt Rosengren, The Occupational Adventure (sm), writes about Disarm your inner critic

“It’s so easy for the voice of our inner critic to define our reality, and the world it creates is harsh, unforgiving, and precarious.”

He includes several questions to ask oneself (which I think will make great journal topics). I can relate to the one about thinking in black and white. So often I can’t see the middle.
